<p>Sudan Savunma Bakanı Avad bin Avf,&nbsp;ordunun &uuml;lke y&ouml;netimine el koyduğunu ve 2 yıllık ge&ccedil;iş d&ouml;neminin başladığını duyurdu.&nbsp;</p> <p>Avf, devlet televizyonundan yaptığı a&ccedil;ıklamada, Sudan Y&uuml;ksek Askeri Konseyinin y&ouml;netime el koyduğunu veCumhurbaşkanı &Ouml;mer el-Beşir&#39;in tutuklandığını duyurdu.</p> <p>Anayasanın askıya alındığını, Başbakanlık, Meclis ve eyalet y&ouml;netimlerinin de feshedildiğini belirten Avf, 2 yıllık bir ge&ccedil;iş d&ouml;neminin başladığını kaydetti.</p> <p>Avf, &uuml;lkede 3 aylık olağan&uuml;st&uuml;
